3. Client Responsibilities

- Ensure that all provided content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.
- Cooperate in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
- Pay all invoices within the stipulated timeframe as outlined in the payment terms.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as per the terms agreed upon in the project proposal or invoice. We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, Payonner, bank transfer, etc.]. Failure to make payments within the specified time may result in a suspension of services or project termination.
5. Project Deliverables and Timeline
While we aim to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and will work diligently to complete your project as soon as possible.
6.Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment of all fees, the client will own the final website, including the source code, design files, and content, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Coding Pixel retains the right to use the website and related content for portfolio purposes unless a prior agreement states otherwise.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to business information, trade secrets, and any sensitive data.
8. Limitations of Liability
Coding Pixel will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors in the website, loss of data, or financial loss.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. In case of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the termination date. Coding Pixel may also suspend services or terminate the agreement if payment terms are not met.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Coding Pixel reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the most recent update will be noted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pakistan.
