What the Client Needed

Grubs Consulting, an established social media company with nearly a decade of experience in content creation, was expanding its business to offer consulting services. With a strong social media presence, the company wanted a website that clearly outlined its capabilities and expertise in helping other businesses grow their online presence.

The project involved building two websites—one for the consulting business and another as a personal website for the founder. The primary focus was the consulting website, designed to serve as a digital hub for potential clients to understand the services offered, view case studies, and book consultations. Unlike a traditional sales funnel, the client wanted an informational website that communicated expertise while allowing prospects to connect seamlessly through an integrated CRM.

Another key requirement was ensuring that leads captured from the website flowed directly into GoHighLevel, the CRM used by Grubs Consulting. The client also wanted an aesthetically modern and interactive website that mirrored the sleek appeal of successful digital agencies like OpenInfluence.

Beyond functionality, the client sought a high-end design that emphasized credibility, professionalism, and creative storytelling. The website needed to stand out in a competitive industry where first impressions determine credibility.

How We Approached the Problem

After analyzing the client’s business goals and industry positioning, we proposed a custom website solution designed to align with Grubs Consulting’s premium brand identity. While Webflow was initially considered, WordPress was ultimately chosen for its long-term manageability and scalability.

A minimalist, high-performance UI/UX strategy was developed to ensure a seamless navigation experience while maintaining a strong visual appeal. Our design process emphasized interactive elements without compromising website speed.

We integrated GoHighLevel CRM directly into the site to automate lead capture and follow-up processes. This ensured that any potential client filling out the contact form would be immediately added to the CRM, allowing for efficient lead nurturing and client onboarding.

Additionally, we incorporated SEO best practices to increase organic discoverability. The website structure was carefully planned to showcase case studies, testimonials, and service offerings while making it easy for visitors to get in touch.

Given the competitive nature of the consulting space, we created an impactful homepage experience with high-quality imagery, smooth micro-interactions, and custom animations to elevate brand perception. The site was designed to be flexible, ensuring the client could update content and adapt the design as the business evolved.
