What the Client Needed
GHGBS.com, a leader in providing premium coffee brewing equipment to roasters, cafes, and restaurants, required a comprehensive website overhaul to improve user experience, streamline product search and pricing, and optimize backend functionalities. The company sought a balance between maintaining its brand identity and implementing structural enhancements that would make navigation more intuitive, improve search functionality, and introduce dynamic pricing for wholesale customers.
How We Approached the Problem
Coding Pixel addressed these challenges through a strategic approach, starting with a comprehensive site audit and UX redesign to enhance navigation, homepage layout, and brand storytelling. We overhauled search functionality to provide accurate product suggestions using industry-specific keywords. A Shopify-based dynamic pricing system was implemented, allowing wholesale buyers to access exclusive discounts while ensuring retail customers saw standard pricing. CTA placements were optimized across key pages to drive purchases and wholesale sign-ups. Finally, we refined backend performance by cleaning up code, streamlining CSS and JavaScript, and optimizing integrations for faster load speeds.
