What the Client Needed
AchillesHR, a newly established venture-backed company in the HR technology sector, required a high-impact website that would serve two critical functions: attracting potential clients and reinforcing the company’s credibility for hiring new team members. Their innovative AI-driven HR associate was designed to streamline talent acquisition in the industrial sector—construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, and mining—by leveraging large language models (LLMs) to automate candidate screening, qualification interviews, and voice-based role explanations.
